Gameday Drop FAQ
What can we order in a Gameday Drop?
Custom fan jerseys are our hero product, but a Drop can be built around hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts, long sleeves, sweatsuits, windbreaker sets, quarter-zips, polos, shorts or coaches gear. Each Gameday Drop is built around one custom product — sizes, names and numbers can vary, the product does not.
Can I order just one?
IF Gameday works through Team Gameday Drops. One person can start the process, but the team needs at least 10 paid items of that Drop's product before the order can move toward production.
Do I have to buy 10 myself?
No. The 10-item minimum is across everyone ordering through your team's Gameday Drop.
How long do we have to order?
Every Gameday Drop is open for 7 days once the design is approved and IF Gameday officially launches the Drop.
What if we reach 10 early?
Keep going! Your Gameday Drop stays open for the entire 7 days so as many supporters as possible can order.
Do I have to collect everyone's money?
No. Everyone orders and pays individually.
Can everyone have different names, numbers and sizes?
Yes. Approved personalization can vary while still counting toward the team's minimum.
Where do the orders ship?
You pick at checkout. Standard Team Shipping ($7) ships to your organizer and is handed out directly by them. Direct Home Delivery ships straight to your door — $12 for up to 3 items, then $2 for each additional item.
How long until I get my gear?
Everything is custom made after the Drop closes, so plan on around 3 weeks (give or take) after the Drop ends.
Do I have to design it myself?
No. Contact us and we'll personally work with you to create your team's custom gear.
