Drop Policy
The 7-day window
Every Gameday Drop is open for exactly 7 days. The countdown begins when IF Gameday activates the team's Drop page after the jersey has been designed and approved — not when the organizer first contacts us.
The 10 paid jersey minimum
A Drop must reach at least 10 paid jerseys across all supporters during the 7-day window to move to production. The minimum is a team total — no single person has to buy 10. Once 10 is reached, the Drop is unlocked and ordering continues for the rest of the 7 days.
Individual payment
Everyone orders and pays individually at checkout. Organizers never have to collect money, chase payments, or manage a spreadsheet.
If the minimum isn't reached
If a Drop closes without reaching 10 paid jerseys, we contact everyone who ordered. You may choose a full refund, or the team may extend or re-run the Drop.
Personalization & production
Custom, personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for size or personalization changes. Please double-check name, number and size before paying. Production begins after the Drop closes and the minimum is met. Defective or incorrect items are replaced at no cost — contact us within 14 days of delivery.
